Cell Phone
We start with the phone, we’re going to get you a new phone number and convince your customer’s to stop calling your cell number. In the beginning, it’s usually best to just forward your cell to your new office number for a few weeks depending on the work we need to do to get the new number out.
In a lot of cases, you want to port your number over to our system. That way your cell ends up with a completely new number and incoming calls go directly to our system.
If you go the porting route, we don’t need to change any advertising or retrain your clients. It’s really the best way. This gives us full control of the amount of access your clients have to you.
Web Site
This is 2018 and too many small businesses still don’t have a web site. It’s surprising but true, and it’s not ok. We’re going to fix that for you. Initially, we’ll get you up fast with a very basic site, a little about your business, an easy contact form, and a chat button, so your customers can comunicate with us right from your site.

If you want to go further into web marketing, we have an amazing team of web developers at our disposal that can make you look better than your competition.
We also have a team of social media people. They now exactly how to get your friends on Facebook to think about you.
Email sounds simple at this point. So we’re going a step further. We use the industry standard Zendesk to mange email communication and projects. It makes keeping up with clients incredibly easy for us.
Scheduling
We keep a shared calendar that can be right on your phone. But it’s better, we can communicate with you any way that works for you personally.
Billing
Depending on your business model, we use Freshbooks or Quickbooks for time tracking and billing. Personally, this was the hardest part of having my small business. Send a lot of invoices, get money, then work until I realized there wasn’t enough money to pay the bills, but there was enough unbilled hours to buy a car. Pretty dumb right, I went through this cycle every month. I completely understand.
